  • Constantly freezing

Maybe it's due somehow to having an older iPhone, but the app constantly freezes on me. I truly love using it but when I try to change muscle groups before starting a workout or add an exercise, BOOM. Frozen
  • Great lifting app

I coach high school sports and this app does a great job of creating lifting programs for you. It will start ti suggest weight for you after you have logged enough. I love using this app.
  • Ex college athlete

I have played sports my entire life and played volleyball all the way through college. I work out about 4 days a week but found myself doing the same workouts or not working out as long as I could. This app plans out my workouts and makes it easy to follow along and make sure I’m making the most of my workout!! I would highly recommend!
  • Awesome, makes me stick to it. And Some suggestions.

1 year subscription, no regret after about 2 months. It’s nice to have a gym profile where dumbbells and machines are available and my home profile with only a band. It’s great to exclude any exercise that requires a machine your gym doesn’t have. I thought i’d never have time for manually entering each and every reps & weights when i used NTC, turns out i have and i enjoy with this app. Now i have some wish list items. I rarely depend on the app’s recommendations. So i spend usually around 30 mins to prep my session the day before. And after 2 months i notice the empty space between exercises is huge, so i have to scroll rigorously, adding exercise is possible only at the top, so i have drag it down all the way, and sometimes moving exercises up and down is buggy and inconvenient. And you need to bundle and unbundle the supersets countlessly because you can’t place a single exercise between 2 supersets or circuits, just by dragging it. Dragging one exercise through different circuits will soon cause an error, so i have to be careful and save it frequently. So i’d like to save my workout, then what happens it that the app randomly seems to force me to create as a new workout, won’t let me just rename it. Gmail has compact mode & cozy mode. I’d love to see it in the app. I wish building supersets and circuits would be just like using the iOS Files system, or something much more intuitive and fast. But, as mentioned at the top, no regret in subscription, i’ll be using Fitbod thru 2019.
  • Good product for newbies at the gym.

    By Schlough22
This is a great app if you’re like myself and a total newb to the gym with no one to guide you in what to work and when to work it. The only issue I have is when I change weights or reps and hit done it thinks I finished all the exercises for that group instead of just wanting to be done changing amounts. If they were to resolve that it would be an excellent app.
  • Changed the game for my workouts

    By Hannahhhh::
I absolutely love this app! The good: It builds workouts for you and can separate them into circuits or subsets It pairs with the Apple Watch so you can quickly record reps and then move to your next exercise It shows in the info page for each exercise previous reps x sets (though sometimes you have to dig a little to find it) and notes you’ve made previously The interface is very gorgeous and easy to use It shows what muscles are being worked on in a workout you’ve built or are building as well as what muscles should be sore Improvement suggestions: Make it easier to see notes and previous reps x sets from the info page of each exercise Make it possible to create your own exercises and not limit it to just the ones you’ve added to the app. Make it possible to change the muscle an exercise is targeting Add a feature to record if you used a resistance band with any movement Be able to search exercises by machine or equipment
  • Super sad

This seemed to actually be a pretty helpful app. But it’s one of those kinds of things that try to trick you into a payment plan that’s harder then pulling your own teeth with a set of tweezers to get out of. It’s also VERY expensive for what it is.
  • I want to use it

    By sheenaxnicole
I really want to use this app and even joined the premium membership. But I cant! I set my workouts and hit start workout and it takes me to the screen to select a free trial or membership. Tried trial first and still couldn’t use the app. Bit the bullet and got a membership and I still CANNOT start a workout. I need assistance
  • Done button

Freezing up regularly when hitting the Done button. Have to exit out, go back to hit done, and then finish. Calories burned then changes - almost always goes down when hitting done the second one time.
