    I have enjoyed the mix of workout sessions so I’m never bored and the convenience of doing this at home. I’m loving the results I’m having already! My husband is too ;) It’s really helping me get healthy again and have energy to keep up with the daily grind. My body feels stronger and my mind feels fresher and clearer. This is truly a game changer in my life! I’ve been highly recommending Sweat to all my friends, because I want them to experience the fullest life they can have by getting healthy. I know Sweat can help them accomplish so much in life!

    I like the workouts and schedule. Improvements needed: - connect with Spotify or other music streaming app - grocery list a week in advance to prep - ability to add maybe elliptical or spin for low intensity - alternates for some of the stuff requiring gym equipment, for example the step ups, one round I may have access to a bench but next round someone takes the bench - what do I do?

    I bought Kayla’s PDF version of BBG back in 2014, and have been doing that up until 2 weeks ago. I just finished 1.0 and decided I wanted to try PWR for a break (been doing 1.0 on and off for 4.5 years 🤣). I downloaded the app and HOLY COW!!! I wish I would have sooner. The warm ups and cool downs are freaking AMAZING. We all need to be doing these every time we work out! They are customized to the muscle area you are working that day. If everyone were to do them, we would all be so much more aware of our bodies, and get hurt much less often. I am seriously pumped about the app. There are so many cool features, so many great workouts, and it’s an amazing resource. I wish I would have gotten it sooner!

    I downloaded the app with a pretty strong feeling I will want to pay for a yearly subscription. But I wanted to try the BBG program for the free 7-Day trail because I figure it would give me a good idea of if it’s worth the $120 for a year. I stared my subscription on a Tuesday and my “program” I selected was BBG. Well it wouldn’t let me “start” the program until the following Monday. Losing 6 out of 7 of the free trial days. So I get one workout to base my choice of purchasing off of. It does give you some basic workouts to pick from in the meantime but the whole point of getting this app for me was to be told exactly what to do each day. Kind of frustrating. You should be able to start your program whenever. Or it should give you that warning before you start your fee trial.
