    In 2017 I lost 17 lbs with this app in two months. (152 to 135) I was just preparing for my first vegas trip. I felt like the workouts were just the right amount of time being that I have a kid and I could fit the workouts into my work/life schedule. Just had another baby and am getting back into it, the goal is to never stop and to make this a part of my daily life.
