    The meditations and guided visualizations are the best I’ve found. You can adjust the lengths, select from many topics, and follow specific speakers that you like. It’s a great “stay sane” resource.

    I have a hard time finding the next meditation in a series. The app doesn’t seem easy to navigate. I feel like I’m stumbling around a bit. Will see what happens over time.

    I am a 52 year old Mom of 3. My 21 year old is severely disabled, medically fragile and lives with us. I am his primary caregiver with help from nursing care. It’s beyond words how stressful and complicated having a 100% disabled child (from birth) can be. I have found myself so lost and depressed often. My days are hectic trying to manage my sons life, run our home, care for my other children, and work in my marriage. I am quite literally doing a million things at once. I found simple habit, and it has become my new best friend. Helping me to calm down and Breathe. Among so many other wonderful new pathways of focus that I am discovering. I was trying longer meditation but it was challenging. This is a fantastic app. And to be able to “browse” for what suits a persons needs at the moment. So great. Thank you. I am so grateful for simple habit. Julie.

    I am not actually great at meditation, but I have been using this for about 6 months. I used to take about an hour to fall asleep because my mind races and I have anxiety, but these guided sessions for breathing and sleep literally will make me fall asleep in 5 minutes. It’s amazing.

    I’ve been using this app on and off for over a year. Before the update, I loved the wheel interface bc it made it easier to be able to quickly find meditations that matched my needs in that moment and choose the length of time that worked best for me. While the content is still really good, there’s less control to get straight to what I want or need and a lot more having to search around and sift through options which takes me away from getting into the daily practice. Also, I get premium is how you make $ but it’s beyond annoying to constantly be served up premium options when you’re just trying to get consistent enough in your practice to decide if the investment would pay off.

    I started using the free version of this app and after weeks of meditating “on the go” I finally decided to make the investment and purchase a years subscription. I haven’t looked back- consider it an investment in finding peace, your breath, an inner calm. The diversity of each of the meditations means there is something for everyone and they are always releasing new meditations to suit your niche needs. Have a meeting? An exam? An angry toddler? There is a meditation for that! The price can seem expensive at first, but when you consider how easy it is to blow $100 at a store or restaurant, the price is worth it. I think it averages out to about .26 cents a day. If it helps guide you to becoming your best self, it’s worth it. Happy meditating!
