Pokémon GO for PC Description

Pokémon GO has now introduced social and trading features that allow Trainers to connect with each other by adding friends, sending Gifts, and participating in a new Friendship level system that unlocks bonuses. Trainers can now trade Pokémon with other Trainers nearby, earning a Candy Bonus for the Pokémon received. Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Pokémon GO is the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 800 million times and named "Best Mobile Game" by The Game Developers Choice Awards and "Best App of the Year" by TechCrunch. Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, and many other Pokémon have been discovered! Pokémon are out there, and you need to find them. As you walk around a neighborhood, your smartphone will vibrate when there’s a Pokémon nearby. Take aim and throw a Poké Ball… You’ll have to stay alert, or it might get away! Search far and wide for Pokémon and items Certain Pokémon appear near their native environment—look for Water-type Pokémon by lakes and oceans. Visit PokéStops and Gyms—found at interesting places like museums, art installations, historical markers, and monuments—to stock up on Poké Balls and helpful items. Catching, hatching, evolving, and more As you level up, you’ll be able to catch more-powerful Pokémon to complete your Pokédex. You can add to your collection by hatching Pokémon Eggs based on the distances you walk. Help your Pokémon evolve by catching many of the same kind. Choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with and earn Candy that will help you make your Pokémon stronger. Compete in epic Gym battles You’ll join one of three teams and battle for the ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon at your side. As your Charmander evolves to Charmeleon and then Charizard, you can battle together to defeat a Gym and assign your Pokémon to defend it against all comers. Team up to defeat powerful Raid Bosses A Raid Battle is a cooperative gameplay experience that encourages you to work with up to 20 other Trainers to defeat an extremely powerful Pokémon known as the Raid Boss. If you succeed in defeating it in battle, you’ll have the chance to catch an extra powerful Pokémon of your own! It’s time to get moving—your real-life adventures await! • Black Screen on WiFi

Ever since the latest update the game constantly loads with a black screen most times when I’m connected to my home WiFi network. The issue only goes away when I load the game after turning off WiFi. This needs to be addressed.

This latest bug fix update is very unsuccessful. My app continues to just shut itself down in the middle of playing.
  • This game isn’t kind to those in wheelchairs

Ive seen people get into serious trouble with the law and almost get hit by cars. I live in NYC and can walk and play this but I have family in suburbia and the pokestops are so sparse, with feet few gyms. Distracted driving is a serious offense in NJ and can lead to a loss of drivers license. To remedy this, either the entire gameplay is disabled until you come to a full stop or catching Pokémon, hitting the pokestops and visiting gyms parts of gameplay should be disabled. One should not be allowed to play as a passenger. It’s easy for a driver to hit that button and continue playing. There should be a solution for people in wheelchairs. Otherwise this game is kinda fun. There are a bunch glitches for iOS 12 (iPhone XS Max) where the game shuts down when launched and sometimes randomly during gameplay. Bottom line this game should be made to include those who cannot walk and made safer in general, with fewer glitches that force one to restart the game or have it quit unexpectedly.

When I update’ed my game I got a message or notification about the AR+, apparently I am used to tapping and skipping the notifications. I am stuck with the AR+ plus on my screen I repeatedly pressed the AR+ button to turn it off, it never turned off. At school I went to my friend about the AR+ notification and asked him if he got it, he said, “no.” So I am guessing that you guys picked out random players to test the “me and improved AR experience” but I hate it and even not allowing them to turn it off is ridiculous. Oh and by the way some of us are sitting in the on the passenger side playing Pokémon go and have to deal with this stupid AR were we have to walk around until we see large grass, stupid. I bet that more people are going to get injured because of this new AR.
