I am clueless about coding. Saying I’m a novice is an understatement.. this app is easy to learn, puts operations in simple terms and makes learning fun and exciting.

I am brand new to coding. I’ve been wanting to get into it for awhile, and this app has given me that opportunity. I’ve only been doing it for a few days now, but so far I really like the app. It does a great job of breaking the lessons down and explaining each part. It also does a great job of explaining why an answer is correct or incorrect. I love that I can go as quickly or slowly as I need. Another feature I love is the goal tracker. You set a goal, how many chapters you want to complete each day (1-3) and it keeps track of your streak. I am very competitive and this feature helps me reach my daily goal to keep my streak going. As much as I would love for the app to be free, I understand the subscription cost, and think it is a fair price. I personally paid for the years subscription because it is the better price since I want to use it long term. But if you only want a couple months, the month to month plan is very reasonable. There are two reasons I didn’t give the app 5 stars. First, there is a lack of practice opportunities outside of the lessons. You get 1 daily challenge where you can practice what you are learning but that’s it. The best way to learn and commit that learning to memory is through repetition and practice. The second reason it’s not a 5 star app, is because so far all of the quiz’s are either multiple choice, or choose the options to fill in the blank(s). There are hardly any times you have to fill in the blank yourself, with no options too choose from. More often than not, fill in the blank questions only has options that are the correct answers just out of order. It should include incorrect options as well as the correct ones. Please improve the quizzes available and add more practice opportunities.

Hey M1M0 or Mimo I got the app started a course and everything else is locked??? Is because you are a new app and you need money to progress? But I do like the idea.

So I downloaded this app thinking it would b nice to use downloaded free trial, didn’t like, undid subscription and deleted app. Today, when I’m 2 hours from home and short on money, find out limo took $63.59 from me leaving me with $2 in my bank account. This is the worst app ever and they are going to take your money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ITS A SCAM

I wouldn’t mind having to pay to learn about code but without paying you can’t try the app out

I understand that developing an app that teaches coding is hard to make and you need money for it, but I feel as if to much is locked behind premium. Once you finally do get premium, you can start learning. Yes it’s cheap but there are many people not willing to spend the money on an app. I love the app overall and it has really good potential. Keep up the good work!

  • False advertisment

The advertisement this developer uses says its a free course to learn how to code, yet what they dont tell you is the first lesson ONLY is free. The rest is paid. The app had potential to be good. Set it up like a duolingo type system where you can actually learn basics without them being locked behind a paywall. But no. They charge you for everything past the first lesson. If I could rate it in negative stars it would be a -5
  • It’s decent

The app is a decent app it introduces everything, but you can only do the “Getting Started” the only way to move on is get the subscription and it cost. I’m not wanting to pay for something I already somewhat know.
