Update: iPhoneXs: I know the developers are earnestly trying to make this work well. But there must be fundamental code problems. I set a time for an appt. and it saves a different time. It just isn’t reliable enough. There are other calendar/task apps that don’t make errors, and run more smoothly. I’m sorry for all the work they do that there are still glitches. This version had a rocky start, but the programmer has made some improvements. The support is okay. The app is versatile. Widget fails to load on iPhone 7+ with latest public beta.

I had this app for years until the last update wiped the WHOLE APPTS AND INFO were very important. Now app decided to charge on what I had been using... so came to wondering how many appts did I missed? Wondering what appts I had on??

This app is far and away the most capable and intuitive PIM app available. If you are a GTDer then this is the app for you. You will not be more productive than with this app. Love it.

Informant was the reason I switched to a smart phone from my trusty PDA. That tells you how long I’ve been using it. I didn’t want a “dot” to tell me I had an appointment, I liked being able to read what it is without having to change screens. This app does that in a full month view. Always has. The latest rewrite retained all that was good about the last version and expanded on it. Thanks.
  • It stinks!

Everything is more difficult to do than on the original informant. And for this I paid $25? I want informant back.

Used to use it a long time ago. It’s a much more clean interface, well thought out, especially for a complete planner like me.
  • So long & thanks

I have loved the Pocket Informant series up to this point, and with a heavy heart I have to part ways with it. There are subscription paywalled features which I am most confident I will never use, but they are seemingly impossible to remove from the workflow of the app, so you constantly fatfinger your way into doorslams reminding you of the subscription option. Maybe Pocket Informant is more fully-featured than I need, but I was willing to give it a shot. Too bad.

I really enjoyed Pocket Informant and wanted to upgrade so my husband and I could sync our our calendars. Short story I wanted a refund. Spoke to Rachel asking for it and instead got instructions how to sync. I also informed her I was charged twice. Still no refund!!!
