    this app runs about as well as Christopher Reeve. it has so many bugs that need to be fixed and is such a poorly made app.

    My Lyft driver loaded this for me...said it was a free app. A couple months later i see charges for $19.99 every single week! Then twice they doubled charged me on the same day! Buyer beware of what you are getting yourself into. Make sure you know what the charge will be and how often.

    I work in healthcare and thought this app would help, at 4.99 a month I didn't expect the popups to start “popping up” every sentence!! By the time I would turn my phone around for my Patient to read or hear the translation, there goes the popup, they would look even more confused than just from our language barrier. Dont bother unless you want to upgrade your $4.99 subscription, so annoying!!

    I’ve deleted and uninstalled the app but I’m still getting charged for this. The same day that this app was installed it I deleted the app. When it asked me to use thumb print to install it it also went ahead and charged me for the app. I had no intention on purchasing an app that I was going to charge me to use it. This is the 2nd time I’ve been charged for this. How can I resolve this issue?
