Only thing missing is being able to use iCloud as an RSS feed “account” 🙂☁️

A wonderful zenlike reading experience with many subtle and thoughtful touches that, for me, make it the best reader on iOS. A small request for the developers: please consider adding support for opening links with Brave browser.
  • Great App, Missing Keyboard Support

So far I am really enjoying the app’s design, and love the simplicity of it. For me the only things it is lacking that would make it a 5 star: *Keyboard support (I typically read on my iPad Pro). Just let the spacebar move the page down, or give another option. *An option for smaller thumbnails would also be nice in the article previews. Otherwise, it is great! I already upgraded to the full version. Thanks for the great app!

I’ve used lots of RSS Readers over the years. Thought I’d give this one a try. Elegant design and easy to use. Wish swiping wasn’t the only option to navigate back and forth between articles, details, and sharing. Having < or > buttons available as an option would be helpful. I like the various theme options, and no subscription required is a welcome change. Overall, a great RSS reader app.

There is nothing even close when it comes to quality and customization. I love this app for my Feedly!

App does what it promises. I had a question for the developer and he responded within minutes with a complete and helpful answer.
  • Missing a couple features I like

This is by far the most beautiful RSS reader on the App Store. And it’s only a couple features away from being the best RSS reader on the App Store as well. Namely, the ability to manage individual RSS feeds (without needing to go through an intermediary like Feedly or Inoreader), and the ability to cache full article text and show it by default. Unread can load full articles, but you need to activate it manually for each article, which is irritating. You can do it fairly easily by tapping the article title, but you don’t get a visual indication that it’s loading and you still need to wait for the article to load, instead of it loading in the background before you open the article.

Unread does a lot right. From its clean readable type and eye friendly dark themes it's long been my go to along with Reeder. It's generally seemed more supported and I've found it most reliable, I do wish it had better modes for filtering basic things like "only show unread articles in this list" that I've always found a particular pain though. That is an all or nothing master setting only, and ultimately my number one peeve that holds the app back (as well as any search ability) Still hopeful to see where it goes under the new owner.
  • How about a "save the last reading position"?

It's already good enough. Feeling too much to ask. 😅 Could be better if it can remember the last feed viewed in a folder and the last article in a feed.
