  • No stars

I already signed up and paid $49.95 on the website so I downloaded the app and I was immediately charged again separately! It is Memorial Day and I wanted to use the app at the store. I am an original Cook’s Illustrated customer from the very first issue. Very disappointed!
  • App is a zero but recipes are a 5

    By Ephily
The recipes, as expected, are amazing, but most high school students could design a more nuanced app. Recipes that you favorite will sort into categories, but there are no categories outside of favorites. You can’t just search all deserts, for instance, if you’re just looking for inspiration. And ATK is so fearful of their proprietary recipes that you can’t even export a grocery list, which means you’ll have to have a separate grocery list for anything you buy that’s not from an ATK recipe. I get that ATK focuses on the art, the food, the recipes, but they’ve always been an astonishingly poorly run business and this app shows that that won’t be changing anytime soon.
  • Better than nothing, but just barely

    By ElijahSnow4
I was so happy to see this app show up after they inexplicably axed the CI app years ago. Finally I could access recipes and taste tests on my phone. But my joy was short-lived. The taste test info is minimal. The recipes are hard to search for. The shopping list function is anemic. It’s just sad.
  • Don’t buy thru app get very little $$$

    By NYYazFan
Couldn’t agree more with 2 most recent reviews. You can’t access comments or the other extras. Hard to cancel. The app is a waste of $$$ over priced. If you buy via website you get the app FREE🤬🤬🤬🤬
  • Not organized well

    By Tnac1972
Recipe search is the only good thing about this app. You often can’t get back to the home page to access other features besides recipes(equipments review, etc.). If you have full membership access to Cooks Country, Cooks Illustrated, and ATK—forget about connecting to all three with this app. You can do better, ATK!
  • Can’t save recipes to folders

    By Lestonnac
It can be done through the website, but apparently not when you save a recipe directly through the app. Frustrating
  • Just don’t

I love America’s Test Kitchen’s website and YouTube videos, but this app is useless. I have been unable to sign into the app since December. If i click App Support here, it sends me to their website. If I call the number on the website, they say they can’t help me with the app. They say I need to call Apple but they can’t give me the number. How do i get support on this app? I subscribed in December, and then I got a new device. Now, when I log in, it brings me to a subscribe page. But if i click subscribe, it says I am already subscribed and brings me back to the subscribed page.
  • Confused ...

Seriously!!! So annoying to have paid for the app to have to pay again to access everything it says I would of had only to find out I needed the website not the app :..
  • Can I give this zero stars?

    By RSFrank
I’m already a subscriber online and wanted to use the app for easier access to saved recipes, shopping lists, etc. The app says I have to pay AGAIN!! Absolutely not! All other websites/apps are completely interchangeable. I’ll use Epicurious, Food Network, and MSK first!!
  • ATK website add on

    By CheckerB
I have a full membership with access to ATK, Cook’s Country, etc recipes. This is most useful when I am accessing a recipe I already added to my account as a favorite. If I have a specific item I want to make, the app search is very useful. Not only does it offer several recipe options but you can build a shopping list. But if you are just browsing for a dinner inspiration, you must go to the website.
