  • Great to start

    By fffhhdgjrrg
This game was awesome in the beginning but has quickly reached a level of greed for money that takes the fun out of it. If you pay tons of money for their packs you can get to a point where you won’t be blasted out of space by over matched players. They have gotten to the point where unless you spend hundreds of dollars on purchases you don’t stand a chance in base raids, pvp, or events. The alliances that spend money are being catered to and it is destroying the game for everyone. The Sheer volume of bugs and glitches that they allow to remain in the game is terrible. There is no guarantee that when you put a shield up it will be there when you get back a 24 hour shield my last 24 hours or it might last two depending on if one of their glitches caused it to drop without you actually being in the game doing anything.
  • Decent. Marred by the “free to play” tag.

I have a difficult time understanding why games such as this are marketed as “free to play.” I understand that it costs money to develop the game and it costs money to keep the servers up. Why advertise the game as FTP when the developers are obviously going to be asking for money from at least a subset of the gamers who like the game? It seems to me that just leads to poor reviews from people who refuse to pay anything and are frustrated that they can’t progress as far in the game as those who buy ships or packs. Overall, despite the frustrations I sometimes feel with the glitches in the game (which are slowly getting better), I find the game interesting and engaging, if a little intense on the grind. I’m enjoying it.
  • A fun game with lots of issues,

    By AsYouWish2468
I enjoy the concept of this game and of course the Star Trek theme. I’ve added lots of new goals. however it is difficult to complete them. Just completing the daily goals is a challenge because you often have to mine for certain things. For example you need to mine for 3-star ore. When you do that, you have to go to a specific location.Unfortunately so does everybody else, which makes it very difficult to mine without having to attack another persons ship. Well your ship is there mining for ore you can be attacked by other members. There are a number of alliances that appear to go out of their way to attack people as they’re trying to completely mine test. So then you need to use a peace shield. Which is supposed to prevent them from attacking you while you’re completing your activity. The peace field does not seem to be working/functioning. A major issue with the game, is that it is either timing out or just shutting down. You could be in the middle of any number of activities, and the game just closes. Other times you can be playing in the game just says you’ve lost your connection. I am using an iPad nine which is up-to-date and works well for everything else. I hope to see major improvements in this game.
  • Not worth the time

Started out ok, but got bad in a hurry. The Pay to Win is appalling, it saturates everything you do in the game.
  • Only pay to play wanted here

    By Matt1961
The game has some good bones and could be a lot of fun but honestly it’s only fun if you dump hundreds$$$ into it to keep up. I’ve seen more people leave the game than stick with it because of the poor balance and lack of care from the devs on the effect $$ has on game play. Do yourself a favor and pass on this. It’ll save your wallet and your sanity.
  • Waste of time and money

    By jr1061
Full of bugs-constant crashes that cause loss of in-app purchases. Contacting customer service was like trying to decipher the Dead Sea Scrolls. Once contacted, they were no help whatsoever. Don’t waste your time or money.
  • Glitches happen but don’t expect help

    By Cjqt13053$
While they are working out some glitches if one of those glitches should happen to cause you to lose resources don’t expect the support team to do anything about it. And surprisingly those glitches seem to happen just when you have worked and saved a bunch of resources. The first shield glitch is well known and support has said they have no way to give back my resources. What???? First game I’ve ever played where support could do nothing for you. And how exactly did those people who said they got resources back after a glitch get them??
  • Combat imbalance

    By Apostate Cultist
I tried to stick it out. I got to lvl 19 but I keep being targeted by players 8 levels above whose single ship is more powerful then my entire station. I cannot advance due to lack of resources and keep being raided for what paltry little I have. I would advise everyone to not spend a dime because I doesn’t matter.
  • I haven’t got the most important update yet

    By MikjállBohun336
I know that the augments update is in! Saw that congrats! But there’s a bug in my game it doesn’t show the khan chest or all the other augments it doesn’t show the officers list either or there ships. And I also have an idea of another ship made by an augment and played by an augment the u.s.s. Vengeance 🤯 and have a Augment research tree
  • Fun at first

    By Xuthis
This game has been really fun. It’s nice to be immersed in the Star Trek universe. That being said, at level 19 it’s just ridiculous to try and level up. It takes far too long without spending a great deal of money. It’s impossible to catch up with players who have spent hundreds of dollars on ships. Things like being one shy of creating the Jelly and no way to get the last one, being attacked as soon as you start mining, having your base plundered if you don’t have a shield and basically having to spend way too much time playing in order to have any real fun. They definitely fell short on the story side of things. I’ll look for something more reasonable and entertaining.
