  • Goodish so far but...

Having used this app for a few days, it seems to be mostly perfect! However being locked into their strict meal plans without being able to subtly adjust allowances for everything is irritating. Though this may be to prevent non-subscribers from having the basic luxury of setting their own allowances for convenient viewing, for paying subscribers the least you could do is let us adjust our own allowances OR give as a blank custom plan template, like other apps allow. Following the plans are great, but when you cant find one to fit exactly to a T, this app leaves you in the dust thinking “as long as I don’t go past 10 over on my carbs, I’m fine” we should just be able to adjust it. Annoying for such a high subscription price.

First let me say it is a gorgeous layout and very visually appealing. For me, it makes me WANT to log my food and normally I get bored with journal entries. I did sign up for the premium but the price was fair. I’m looking forward to using this. Nice job to the developers!

I have really enjoyed this app but its latest update is not tracking burned calories and some of my favorite foods are missing. Also noticed that it’s not calculating the right amount of calories. I am not happy 🙄
  • Basic design with a boujie value

The app aesthetic was pleasing, but it lacks certain low key points of what I thought it represents. Giving consideration, people are paying for a subscription fee, having an update for the app more than once a month will ease me more into shelling out my money, and to give it another chance in the long run. My issues were how the questions were design to fit our regime but all I got was an automatic generalize answer, it might as well been a Buzzfeed quiz answer. In my opinion, this app can be more convenient if there was a custom setting to optimize a personal touch. The recipes seemed basic, limited, and categorized sloppy. Wish we can edit/swap out certain ingredients for a recipe. Yes, I can log my own meal, but then I have to upload my meal photo, because the “no image” photo doesn’t go with the “beautiful setting”. Another thing, maybe the app should use a location server, so when we do a grocery list, the price can be noted from the local stores so we can set/adjust our budget. In the test, you asked if we’d like to see affordable recipes, but really don’t back the narrative up. And last, once the “my plan test” is completed, the page should be refreshed with the newly updated plan we chose, custom meals, workouts schedule to our own according time, and then lastly the option at the end to change plans. I can find more reasons why I’m disappointed in this app to justified why it’s not worth it, but I listed my main frustrations. Bye. Update: never mind what I say I’ll just go make an app just like what I had wanted. Thanks.

Update from yesterday introduces a bug where your goal gets totally reset AND you cannot change it. The app stalls on the weight goal setting page. Used to be great.

Seriously starting to regret spending money for a subscription. My goal has been erased and adding a new one is not possible. Seems like I will be requesting a refund soon.

Kinda love this app. This recent update that was to fix bugs caused my app to not work correctly. Sigh.

I started premium in September for 1 year, but now it’s not showing my premium service & asking me to buy it. I am supposed to have it until September of 2019...
  • DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! SO BUGGY!!!

This app is pretty but it’s so incredibly buggy that it’s becoming untenable to use. I’m so upset that I purchased a year long subscription because apparently since I have the app to long of a shot (2 weeks is the cut off apparently) that I cannot get a refund. Some examples of what make this app so frustrating to use: - The app is completely miscalculating my meals. The app shows the calories and serving size as correctly inputted for my meals. For example, if you do the math for one of my dinners, the meal adds up to 1,079 calories but the app shows 4065 with the macros matching that 4000 number. This throws off the day rating and macros without any way of fixing it MAKING THE APP USELESS - The Apple Watch app does not update. I saw this in your known bugs section and the work around is so incredibly frustrating. I’m a paying customer. That should not happen. - When I attempt to add food to a day in the future plan my meals in advance, the app will jump back to the current day without any indication it has done so. As a result, I add all of the checked food to the wrong day. Then I must delete everything and start again since there is no feature to move food items to a different day or meal without deleting it and re-adding it. I used the app for a few days and they gave me a limited time offer for discounts on premium membership. Since nothing went wrong in those few days and Apple had given it the Editor’s choice recommendation, I decided to go for it but at this point I’m so fed up.
