  • Not enough food options

For a paid app, this does not have many good options. MyFitnessPal has many more, accurate foods available. I even put in the nutrition facts and it wouldn’t save. Wish I could get my money back.
  • Love it! One little bug

Low this app! Way prettier then my fitness pal, just wish it was a little bit cheaper. And one bug is that after you add food it doesn’t show up for a little while sometimes, if until I leave and come back to the app. Other then that I freaking love this!!

I really like this app. The only thing I would like to see is more food choices in the search and an option to add your own meals.
  • Beautiful Design

I paid for the premium version and am happy with it. I love the design and functionality of the app - because it’s lovely to use, I use it consistently and find myself drawn to it to update my food and exercise. I don’t necessarily trust the macronutrients and calories that accompany a lot of their search results for the foods and drinks so I always double check those, but beyond that the app is great. Would love for them to audit their search results though to weed out the foods that are incorrect. As long as you are paying attention you can still track everything accurately, I just wish I didn’t have to double check anything new I try to add.

I like the layout and ease of adding a goal and foods to my daily log. However, I want to keep track of the total water I drink, not just the suggested goal. I surpass that water goal when I make it the max. I’d like to just keep adding oz by oz to my daily intake. Thank you,
  • Unhappy with customer service

This app is advertised as being a certain price per month so I purchased the one advertised as being $3.99 a month for a 12 month subscription which would be $44.99 for the year. I expected that I would be charged monthly as it was advertised but when I received an email with my bill I was charged the full $44.99. I reached out via email to ask about this and get a refund and the company responded that I must get permission from Apple iTunes to get this refund. So now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back and what is their response when I ask why it is advertised that way instead of “I’m sorry” or “how else can we help?”?? That I should have read the purchase before subscribing. Now that is just sneaky. Do NOT advertise your company as being a monthly payment then charge people the full amount. I’m sure it was written somewhere in tiny font that no one can even read. That is just bad customer service too. I am very disappointed with this company and how they handled this.
  • Wish the food entries were more accurate

I like that this app allows me to make low carb/keto choices without judging me for consuming too much fat (*cough*MFP*cough*). I also like the premium feature of following a plan with recipes and guidance. The app is beautiful in design. But I feel like if I’m going to pay for a food/diet journal app when there are sooo many free ones to pick from, the food entries need be accurate. I find myself fixing a lot of foods and barcodes in this database. And making a food a favorite should be right there on the nutrition facts breakdown—it’s not straightforward how to access recents or favorites. If I hadn’t paid for a 3mo subscription, I probably would have returned to another app by now for the convenience of a user-verified and more accurate database. A little more tweaking on the UX and accuracy of this app and it will be the bomb.

It’s visually pleasing and engaging! It makes the app fun to use and I actually WANT to use it unlike most apps ♥️

The idea is good. It helps you start getting on track. Downside is the food database is all over the place. Many foods have varying entries. Some with 200 cal, some with one. For the same item!
