    I never write reviews but I really do love this app. Almost everything i eat is already loaded on their system. I stay within my calorie limit for the day/week, and have lost about 15 lbs in a month. 215-200. I didn’t go crazy and cut everything out. I eat some Halloween candy everyday but just keep within my calorie budget and the weight slips off. One thing i didn’t realize until using this app is I needed to be very honest about what i eat. At first I wasn’t honest enough. Now I even put in any pieces of gum I eat in as a snack. If i have 5 M&Ms, i put it in. I really enjoy this diet more than anything else I’ve ever done. I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing any foods i enjoy. I just have much better portion control now.

    Easy to use, feature rich, seamless syncing across devices. Completely satisfied with this app. Highly recommended. Update: I have now used the app daily for over a month and continue to find it invaluable. It is one of the most useful and well thought out apps I have ever downloaded.

    I love the interface, but 99% of the premium features are free with my fitness pal and snap it is a joke. I took a picture of tuna and crackers and it came back with a granola bar.

    I switched to this from MFP maybe a year ago and I’ve preferred this ever since. It’s just a bit simpler and I like the look of it better. Very easy to use!
  • Formatting Feature Suggestion

    I love this app and have used it for years! I’ve often found the need for a daily “note” tab. If calories are too difficult to track, such as a salad meal, I’d like to make a note. Thank you for considering this in a future update.

    What is helping me to lose weight is logging what I eat. If I have to log it then I may decide not to eat it or to have a very small portion. This makes me cognizant of what I am putting in my mouth and helps me make better choices!

    I love this app. So far I have only used the free version but if I stick with this for 2 more weeks I’m upgrading to premium. It is so easy to use and I’ve never been so MOTIVATED!!!
