  • Does not work well with IPhones and families.

I’ve tried this for a month. Wanted something for my wife and I. It’s been three weeks and I still am unable to get my wife logged on for more than a few hours without having to delete her account and create a new one. Support is unable to figure it out. Lots of time spent on something that isn’t constant or reliable. I’m done working with support to use a paid feature. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if it was free.

I’ve been using LastPass for over a year and I can’t believe I never looked into password managers before that. My accounts are more secure and I don’t have to remember any of my passwords except for LastPass. I only have to type that in when I’m using the desktop though because I generally use my fingerprint. It’s effortless to periodically update passwords using the password generator. I also use the notes to store QR codes and other codes for 2FA. I like that no matter what device I’m on, I can always access LastPass even on a web browser. Great product!
  • Liked it until...

I’ve tried multiple times to restore my account. I’ve emailed multiple times for help in this, but have only gotten one response and it was nothing I hadn’t already tried. Following emails have gotten no response. There’s got to be a better way to restore the account than the current option. Lots of great features about the app except this.
  • Really good

Saves all your usernames and passwords without having to pay any money at all!
  • Must have password vault

Been using Last pass for years and it's by far my favorite password saver. I really like the user-interface and features. While $24/ year isn't a huge expense, I wish there was an option to just buy it once.
  • Is this the best it can do?

I’m trying to be patient but LP has actually made using my phone more tedious. I understand there’s kind of s learning curve with an app like this...I’ll have to enter in info for a while...but it never prompts me to fill in a password, I always have to swipe over to the app and it’s bothersome. Do others have this issue? And it never remembers my email address for auto fill, not my name, address, anything. If it doesn’t get fixed soon I’m going to Dashlane.

Very confusing app with poor technical support. Most disappointed, lad I tried free app first cause I sure wouldn’t want to pay for something some useless to me.
