Ok I got Spotify before all of these updates then deleted it. I liked the original Spotify format. I decided to download Spotify again to check it out again. What the heck Spotify why are you picking songs for me to listen too? If I wanted to listen to those songs I would’ve added them to my playlist. Also why can’t I view my songs or pick a specific song I want to listen too? I’m also getting very tired of hearing ads longer than the songs themselves after every song! Why can’t I just listen to my song in piece without an ad screaming at me to get premium??? I’m sorry but I downloaded this app for FREE music not for your ads to tell me over and over to get premium. I don’t have money to get premium. I wouldn’t mind an ad after about 3 song, but again ads longer than the songs themselves make me want to gouge my ears out. If I wanted all those ads I’d listen to the radio.

New features are really annoying. Gets rid of a lot of the old functionality on Premium. Nukes the discover feature, I realize that when listening to suggestions I hate almost every song they recommend to me which was never the case before. Overall just going wayy down hill.
  • It likes to put random stuff in my playlists

The app would be a lot better if they added more Japanese music (New and Old). There hasn’t been an app that provides both so I guess I’m going to have to go to Apple Music since I can add songs I downloaded. If Spotify starts offering more so I don’t have to move all of my playlists to Apple music I would stick around but sadly they don’t :[

Very easy to use and make playlists. They hide the ads now and gang them. But I enjoy the ability to make playlists, even if I am not sure about their add ons. Try it you’ll like it.
