This app is my home away from home when I am out of town and when something important is happening in the District. Beautiful presentation. I am a daily subscriber of the WashPost and I find this app helpful but I don’t like the idea of paying a monthly rate plus my newspaper. It should be FREE of charge to home delivery subscriber. Last time I rated the WP app I gave it a 4, now I have to give it a 3. Last time I gave it a 4 because it took a long time to load the pages and get to the stories. It appears now that it loads faster but the links from the print version to the digital version don’t always work especially if they are shorter stories. Also, the digital version is difficult to navigate. It would be nice if there was a sidebar menu, directory or table of contents to help move through the content.

The person(s) who designed the Post’s online app ought either be fired or sent to therapy. Compared to the ease of use of Amazon’s far more complex apps, the Post’s app is a dysfunctional and convoluted piece of work that discourages use and encourages subscription cancellation. We subscribers financially support you. Why do you treat us in a manner that makes it impossible or very difficult to read what you write on several platforms?
