Crap app! Why does the rating say 4.1 stars when all the reviews are negative?!?!?!? Oh, wait...those better ratings are for Family Map (and Secure Family). So false advertising in addition to a terrible product!!!!!!! Piece of JUNK not “peace of mind” as stated. -AT&T scrapped the best parental control app on the market (Smart Limits) for this failure of a product. Do not get this app! -AT&T has received universally horrific reviews for this product but all to deaf ears (or blind eyes). -This app is useless and I have already cancelled... but can’t get AT&T and Apple to stop charging me! Isn’t anybody listening!!!!!
  • Doesn’t work

    By Lil'shep
I have teenage boys and this app doesn’t work. I turned off one of my kids data and messaging. A few hours later he texted me a question from school durning the hours the app is supposed to restrict. When I try and locate him it show inaccurate locations. He will be at home and it shows him across town. I do not trust the app.
  • Go back to the old app please!

    By Jenavive007
Snapchat is much better at locating my son’s phone than this app and it’s free! Also, the previous app let me see which phone numbers were called and texted on my son’s phone, something this app can’t even do. This app is not worth the $.
  • Can’t access after the first free 30 days

    By tex1128
I downloaded the app for free 30 day trail and went ahead and subscribed to it and now I can’t access it. It wants me to sign up for free 30 days then it says I’m subscribed to it and then all of a sudden it sends something went wrong try again later.

  • Parents can’t locate each other

    By PDJKO
If I could give this APP a ZERO rating, I would. Primary parent and 2nd Parent locator does NOT work. As Primary parent, when I locate my spouse(parent, with parent sharing enabled) provides my location!! UGH! Fixit!!! Also when this app ported from Family Map, carries over scheduled locating, however NO WAY to change or delete!! Horrible app!!
  • Not accurate enough

    Not accurate enough
  • Can’t use this app

I got this app to keep track of my elderly mother and 20 something son. It worked great for awhile but since I received a message that the free 30-day trial was over (which I was not informed about), I cannot use the app anymore. I signed up for the $7.99 a month subscription but I keep getting error messages. I am only giving it 1 star because it’s the only way to post this review.
  • When is AT&T going to LISTEN to their customers??

    By Kklatch
This app has been nothing but crap for the six months it’s been in use. When is AT&T going to LISTEN to their customers and BRING BACK SMART LIMITS??? How many negative reviews does it take for AT&T to do something about this? The fact that Smart Limits was discontinued is enough reason for me to switch carriers and we’ve been with AT&T for many years. Parents want Smart Limits back!! For now, I’ll be researching other carriers.
