  • Redesign ruined it

Market info and news requires going thru a maze of clicks. What was a simple and direct presentation of essential stock market stats is now obscured by stories and opinion. Replacing this app with yahoo finance.
  • Used to like CNBC but now they only fear monger

Content is to heavily focused on trying to get folks to click articles. They skew titles and the topics towards the market is crashing, there are gigantic holes, etc to get people to click and read. I’m done with CNBC and going to a more accurate financial news source. Sad.

I consistently find CNBC data and articles helpful in trying to understand markets and politicians.

New layout is not as straight forward as it used to be. News quality is great. Little politically biased however.

Your previous format was better- bring it back.
  • Kills audio

If listening to something on phone such as news or music and you open CNBC app it kills that audio. Pretty obtrusive in my opinion. Also top markets updates don’t slide properly. Not good.
  • New version is better as I use it more

I retract my 1 star rating. As I use the app more, I’m starting to like certain features. Specifically, the ability to see all my stocks on the Watchlist at the same time being able to see individual stock charts; a much improved feature over the previous version.
