    I've tried a lot of different fitness log apps, but this is the very best by far! I prefer not to pay for apps, but I had to have this one. After using Strong for about a month, I happily paid to unlock the features! It's the most customizable of all the other ones, it's simple & easy to use. The developers listen to their customers and are constantly updating the app and adding new features! I recommend this app whenever I can. I love the built-in timer, the super-set feature, & the weight plate calculator. You can also set nutrition and workout targets/goals. Hands down the BEST fitness log! 😊 Nothing comes close! Keep up the GREAT work guys!

    Reps should update as soon as modify it do that they carry over from the previos weight and rep count - like the from gym buddy

    Love the app but would it be possible to add micro plate weights as an option? I’m on a program that increases weight each workout by 2.5 lbs (with a 1.75 micro plate on each side of the bar) but the app doesn’t have an option for weights that small.
