BTN2Go gives you access to watch live games and events, plus instant access to Big Ten Network original programming such as: The Journey, Big Ten Elite, Big Ten Icons, Big Ten Classic Games, and game highlights. Access BTN2Go with TV Everywhere: If you receive the Big Ten Network through a participating TV Provider, you will be able to access TELEVISED Big Ten Network programming at no additional cost on BTN2Go, including next day archives of televised events that air on Big Ten Conference television partners (ABC, ESPN, CBS). To access this content, choose your participating TV provider and sign-in with your TV provider credentials. Currently, all major TV providers offer BTN2Go to their subscribers. If your TV provider is not listed, please let them know you want BTN2Go. Access BTN2Go with a BTN Plus Subscription: BTN2Go offers an additional 700+ NON-TELEVISED games and events available with the purchase of a BTN Plus Subscription. BTN Plus content features live games and events produced by students at Big Ten universities. • Does not work

When going trying to watch live games it makes you sign in with your TV provider, and when u do every single time it says “authentication error”. Don’t waste your time with this app.
  • Big 10+ doesn’t work on Roku

    By roy999
For well over a month the big 10+ archives of the finished games has not worked on Roku. Both Roku and Big Ten network are aware of this and don’t seem to be doing anything to fix it. They are treating their customers by charging them and not supplying the service they promised. They say they are working on it but nothing happens.
  • Good and bad

It’s a fair option for early season basketball, college hockey, and non-revenue sport feeds. The quality of the play by play and sometimes camerawork is predictably poor given that students often provide it (sometimes local radio broadcasts are simulcasted making it vastly superior if properly synched.) i once watched a hockey game and it switched over to volleyball 30 minutes into the game and never returned. Once I was watching a game and it cut to the scoreboard “D-fence” graphics and I missed a goal. I like to be able to watch archived games, but can only do so on my phone/laptop. The Roku app inexplicably does not support archived playback, which is incredibly irritating — who wants to watch sporting events on a 17 inch or smaller screen? Some of these problems could be remedied with a small amount of attention, but I get the feeling the btn simply doesn’t give a sh!t. If you’re expectations are to receive a live video feed for a non-televised event that might as well be muted, this is a serviceable option.
  • Caution!

I would very seriously advise anyone considering this app to think twice. It simply does not work well. Quality is generally poor, if you can get the games at all. The worst thing about this app is what they call BTN Plus. It is an in app purchase to watch non televised games. DO NOT subscribe to this service. It is a scam. Like many others have claimed in their reviews, I began watching BTN Plus content and came back after a commercial break to find out BTN2Go claims I do not have a subscription. No way to resolve. Although they had no problem taking my money 2 days prior, now I am told I do not have a subscription linked to my account. It’s theft. Make no mistake, they stole from me and many others. Worst support I have ever witnessed. BTN2Go support is some kid who answers the occasional e-mail in his mother’s basement. No other way to contact should you have a problem. I have contacted my bank and have disputed the 9.95 charge from BTN2GO.
  • Horrible!!!!

Unfortunately, to leave a review I HAD to give it a one star. I’ve tried this app on my phone and laptop and both stink! The videos lag and the quality is terrible! It’s like they have kids holding the cameras or someone is always sneezing or something. I’ve had this stupid membership for less than 2 weeks and will already be cancelling. I can’t even use an hdmi from my laptop to my tv?! If your on here looking for advice... DONT get this membership! It’s a scam!

  • Almost unwatchable

Had a recent power outage so forced to watch a game I really wanted to see on the app, so I was happy to have the option but the video would freeze, become out of synch with the video and eventually just stop so it had to be restarted. This was not a function of bandwidth or issues with Verizon during power outage because I switched to ESPN app and watched live football on it with no issues at all
  • App does not work

    By jjc1967
This app use to work with occasional lapses. Now I can't even get the app to open. Spent 1:36 with Mediacom on phone they can't figure why this App does not work or open. Seems very strange because BTN2Go constantly messages me that one of the sports of the university I follow is playing. This is especially cruel because I can't see the games BTN2Go notifies me of....
