So bad. Wouldn’t pay for this again. Try to watch and it keeps stopping or losses signal completely. I know it’s not our end because we can stream other things.

Cuts out constantly when similar apps work just fine. No support.

I don’t even use the app to stream games, I only use it to checks scores and look at schedules and stuff. Yes I can just use google and I probably will because this app can even get basic stuff right. Primarily which sports you want notifications for. I wanted to only be notified about men’s basketball but the app keeps on forgetting that and gives me notifications for every sport for every school I follow, on top of that I can’t even check the scores of current games in app, I only get the scores once the game has ended. Terrible app, please fix this.

Commercials rule the day. They start out, cut some games off, and I have to go reload because the commercial takes over and never seems to get back to the game. So you end up missing a lot of the game and having to restart. Frustrating. But what other options are there? You get to watch some live game

It constantly stutters and stops. It’s totally unwatchable. You do get the same commercials, though, over and over again. Unfortunately they don’t stutter and stop.
  • Technologically horrible

With modern streaming technology at it’s best, the BTN2GO network technology for hockey (which we solely want to watch) is in the Stone Age. The feed freezes, the video definition varies from OK to highly fuzzy, the video and audio intermittently lacks synchrony, etc. One has to be highly motivated as a fan to continue this painful relationship. Stick a fork in me, I’m done.
  • Basketball on Sat. Night, terrible.

Purchased to watch Ohio VS BSU women’s hockey. 2 periods in and have missed 3 of 4 goals as the service keeps cutting out!!! Very frustrating
  • Crashes before it lets you watch video.

I go to “game and events” and it constantly crashes and kicks you out on the roku player. No amount of trouble shooting will fix it for you.
  • Video performance lacking

This is a great app, and it would be even better if it were more tolerant of different wireless configurations. The only way I could get the app to work was to use WiFi. And even then, the video had a lot of challenges and stopped repeatedly. I have no problems with other video apps like ESPN, but this app seems to have a lot more sensitivity to wireless connections.
