Very annoyed because i tried to select the 14 day free trial and was automatically charged $65 for NOTHING, avoid this app at all costs. I demand a refund immediately.
  • Let me opt out of a GRADE

Like what I see so far but, as a retired teacher with toddler grandkids, I see ZERO need to give a score. This should be an option.

How is it that everything educational you have to pay for? YouTube is free. How crazy is the fact you can go to McDonald’s and pay three dollars for a heart clogging burger but pay nine dollars for a healthy salad the world we live in 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
  • Unauthorized charges not worth $1

I was looking for a good educational app to work on basics of colors, numbers, etc with my 2 year old twins. I never authorized a subscription and was charged $64.99. We rarely use this because it’s not that great. When I tried to contact the company you can only find an email and I’ve never heard a response. Warning don’t download...not worth it!!!
  • Expensive

If it is going to be a very expensive app do not market it as free but then have fine print that says it will automatically charge you $60! It better not charge my iTunes anything because I immediately deleted the app after finding this out! I am disappointed with how shady people are these days!
  • Unathorized Purchase

I had it on my phone for less than five minutes and deleted it after I realized you needed a subscription to access any content after downloading the free app. I did not authorize any subscription purchase! Now I have an unauthorized purchase on my credit card. Do NOT download this app.

I don’t like how it makes you give your personal info then Tells you you can only trial activities by agreeing to a subscription. Other reviews note how difficult it is to cancel subscription after trialing. I feel it’s set up more to get your personal info and to part you from your money than anything else.
  • Requires a subscription to use

The "free" download is a bit misleading, as users must commit to a trial and later pay a subscription fee to use the app.

My 3 year old daughter loves apps like Starfall and ABC Mouse. I thought I’d give this one a try. But, it was hard to navigate and the dialect and accents kept changing. Even I had to stop and wait until the instruction was repeated at times. And, personally, I felt like I was pressuring her to get it right knowing that there was a score at the end. There shouldn’t be any pressure, just praise. Scoring isn’t necessary at this age. For now, I just want her to love learning.
  • Subscription Only?

I really don’t like committing to a subscribing to a full year when the kids can’t play freely and try the trial without giving you all of my info. So I gues I won’t find out if it’s a good app. Sorry.
