I like to use this to observe my sleep apnea. But the free version I can’t record every night. I have to wait another night to record. And it constantly keeps trying to get me to buy premium. I don’t need all those features.
  • Apps locks alarms Caused me to oversleep

I guess that is one way to get more sleep! However, I hope that they didn’t intend to do that. The initial alarm occurs but when you try to set the snooze it just leaves it on the screen impacting all future alarms.

I’ve snored for many years, but I never realized the impact it had on sleep quality. After learning that sleep apnea and snoring cause behavioral disturbances such as irritability, I wanted to know if I was impacted. I talked to a pulmonary specialist who does sleep studies, and he recommended SnoreLab. My snore scores were significantly elevated between 50 and 75. I looked up remedies and tried a chin strap, which didn’t help. Then I asked my dentist to make me an oral retainer that advances my mandible. This had a huge impact, causing my scores to drop dramatically down to below five. I feel much better rested each morning. I highly recommend this app to anyone who snores.
  • Not a diagnosis

When I saw my score was in the 30-45 range and most of my snoring was light (with the aid of nasal strips), I nearly concluded that I didn't have a problem with sleep apnea... especially when I listened to the recordings and heard steady rhythmic snoring with no gasping or choking sounds. But then my doctor set me up with a home sleep study and it turns out I stop breathing 39 times an hour on average—which is considered severe sleep apnea. The app is fascinating, but do NOT try to rule out apnea on your own with it. Get a sleep study.

If you want to stop snoring, get this app. I was able to see when I snored less by how I was sleeping. Along with eating better, I found I sleep better, quieter and longer on my side. The relaxing music also helps and put down your phone hours before bed.

This is a very well implemented app that helped me see how loudly i was snoring and how well the SnoreRX works (it works amazingly well). The $10 in app purchase is totally worth it. i went from a 140 to a 14!

My boyfriend keeps telling me I snore and I keep denying. I saw the app and thought what the hell. Well WHAT THE HELL I SNORE!!!! But only very very lightly till my allergies start up and then I sound like some old fat guy who smokes. But at least now I know why I wake up feeling hungover and tired. Definitely worth it and I’m definitely getting something to help me when I’m sick.
  • Well worth it!

I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea 7+ years ago and couldn’t tolerate the bi-pap that was prescribed. I got fitted with a mandibular advancement splint (MAS), but never stopped looking for ways to improve my quality of sleep. Recently came across nasal breathing vs. mouth breathing info, which has been a game changer. Started using this app one month ago have been able to determine which combination of remedies works best. I would not have been able to do that on my own before. Love that I can export the data, and I’m looking forward to sharing it with my doctor(s). Thank you!
