Ever since the latest update I have not been getting my notifications. When it works it’s a great app to have but until they fix what they broke it’s pretty useless. I’ll change the star rating when it’s fixed.

I love what this app can do and I would not be as reliable with taking my medications without it. It performs several functions that I perhaps could arrange separately with the standard iPhone apps, but it’s very convenient to have it all in one place. The interactions checker particularly is a fantastic feature and I use it frequently when considering various OTC medicines. Sure, I could google it or call my pharmacist, but with how many different medications I take, this is a lot faster. I like that I can set a custom message for the reminder. And the Medicine Cabinet is really convenient as “what medications do you take?” is a frequent question I have to answer for doctor visits, and with the app I can provide that answer with confidence. I can tell which medications I take on a regular basis at a glance, which ones I use occasionally, and I know that I would remember to update my list when any changes occur because I am always shown the individual meds in a reminder batch and can quickly identify any discrepancies and correct them. I like how easy it is to add a one-time dose of a medication too - it’s important to be diligent with tracking how much I’m taking of an OTC med like ibuprofen so I can make informed decisions about what’s a safe dosage to take at the moment. That said, there are a few changes I would ask for. I would also like to have the ability to display custom messages for first, second, and third reminders. Also, I would like if I could “nickname” some medications, because I sometimes have to access the app in a public or semi-public place and I don’t want it to be easy for someone to peek over my shoulder and see exactly what I take. My last complaint is that the links inside the app are tiny and I often have to make several attempts to hit them with my trembling hands. It seems it would be simple to make the buttons larger - there’s plenty of space visually to do so. Outside of those minor and very fixable issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this app to others! Edited to add 6/24/19: App Store now shortens the name of this app to “Medisafe: Medication Man...” which is just delightful. 5 stars.

Love the way it organized my meds. Changing time for a med proves to he a challenge. I only want one reminder, not the literal barrage you give with NO method for managing them

After using this app for almost 2 months and having received timely and expeditious support, I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to take medications on a scheduled basis. Respectfully, Alex Stroli
  • I have to question developers’ intelligence

On the surface seems like a great app. It has all the features I’d want in a medicine tracker. But since you include anything about Trump, thereby giving any level of credence to a dangerous cretin, I cannot trust this app. To have developers who would include anything about such an unintelligible, dishonorable person but expect to engender trust in your users makes me question the level of accuracy of your product.
  • Not for iPhone

I used this seamlessly on my Galaxy for more than a year. I love it and recommended it to everyone. Even though the premium version didn’t have anything applicable to me, I was planning to upgrade just to show my support and appreciation. I made the switch to iPhone and have had nothing but problems. Specifically medications disappearing from my pillbox, the inability to add doses, incorrect information on the widget, and failed reminders. Most recently when I referred to my diary, I found none of my entries transferred to the new phone. I wrote to customer service and while I waited for a response I added a few diary entries. Customer service asked me to delete and reinstall the app. When I did, all of my new entries were gone. I’m so absolutely frustrated.

UPADTE 3 - 6/15/2019: Still nothing. Issue still persists yet still no contact. This is a shame because this is an otherwise great app. AT THE VERY LEAST, THIS IS THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE (UNRESPONSIVENESS) TO EXPECT. _______ UPDATE 2- 6/2/2019: Issue still persists. Secondary issue now is trying to get your customer service people to understand the issue.😔 It seems like they don’t fully read emails or that the emails are read by bots. And then they gave up on me after the second try. 🤷🏽‍♀️ _______ Downgraded from 4 stars to 1 star. Since 1/3/2019 no meaningful help received (it is now, 3/7/3019). Just told they will look into it. I could tell that they were not going to get back to me. ———- 1/3/2019: Great app! Only thing I would like is the ability to mark all meds scheduled at the same time as taken with one click if I want and especially if I need to do it in arrears. Thanks!

Love this app. It’s been very helpful I’m remembering to take so many different medications. The only thing I’d change about it and why I gave it 4 stars is that if you’re phone is on silent it won’t alert you with sound. Your sound has to be on. Other than that it’s a great app.

I have been using MediSafe for a while now. My doctors find it to be very clever and creative! Usually, I will have ALL of my medications in the ‘cabinet,’ thankfully I have the list with me. However, I neglected to SUSPEND a few medications and when the check-in nurse saw 2 medications being taken (supposedly at the same time), the red flag went up. If I had continued taking 2 of the medications together, there could have been dastardly consequences.
