  • No password protection

This app is fine. Actually it’s perfect. But the purpose of having this app in your phone is defeated if the app does not have the option to be password protected.

This app charges $3.99 per month after the first year. I cannot access my recordings unless I pay. Shady stuff to a guy like me. This is a very good recording app. I liked it so much that I bought it. It’s a little klunky to call out and then merge calls, but it’s worth it. The recordings are clear and managing them is easy. Good product/service, crappy underhand billing.
  • They want more money

I paid for the pro version, so imagine my shock when I was asked to pay for a subscription. I uninstalled the app and will never recommend this app again.
  • PRO Doesn’t work

I bought the Pro version For $9.99 and it did not work.
  • Bought this app a while back now its asking to pay for a subscription

    By Mtoboggan1989
Pretty sure this is illegal. But I bought this app last year and I haven’t used it in a while. After re-opening it, it’s now asking me to sign up for a subscription. I recall this app was not cheap so it’s messed up to charge someone twice for something. Illegal and deceptive business practices.
  • Better apps out there

This app requires you to merge calls which is a pain and never is as easy as it sounds. Went and bought another App which records every phone call incoming and outgoing automatically
  • Not happy

    By CK529583
Bought the pro version and then realized it’s only for a year. Then after testing it out I can only record outgoing not incoming like they described in the details. What a waste of money
  • Terrible

    By Ashleyisgolden
Not only does it take far too many steps to even get to the point where you can record but takes much too long to begin recording. I need to be able to record within a split second of the phone call beginning and it often takes 20 seconds or more. It may not seem long to some people but a lot can be said in 20 seconds. Don’t have the time to waste. $11 for an app to record phone calls PLUS a monthly fee? Ridiculous. I could just buy a second phone and record the phone call that way. Receiving a refund and trying other apps. Extremely disappointed.
  • Bad business practice

    By Mr.BrianSR
The app is just ok. Passing my recordings to your server has me concerned. Also there are a lot of steps involved just to record, incoming calls you Need to put the caller on hold. It’s really too bad you could not make this seamless through automation. The real kicker was when you advertise one price and charge double. I know you said your marketing team is testing the consumer but it fail. You should tell the marketing team that when you advertise one price and charge another is what you call “bate and switch”. A very dishonest practice and illegal in some states. You need to also change your website to match the charged price of $49.99 - and oh by the way, at that price I certainly would not have consider this product, let alone ordering it. Now I am stuck trying to undo your marketing team “bate and switch” attempt. Having the subscription be added after the trial expiration, and only when the user places the order would have demonstrated good and honest business practice. Now, thanks to your marketing team I will never use any products from your catalog.

So im a telemarketer who needs to improve his pitch. Why aren’t you disclosing that warnings are issued to callers? Im calling my bank to reverse this charge as I was ripped off. [email protected]$! this app.
