    I had custody of a baby downloaded for her have tried to cancel several times and can’t, it is a waist of money now and can’t cancel!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡someone please help.

    I would give it 5 stars because this is my kids favorite app. Since the phone update, I can’t access the app at all. It will not load and it shuts out of the app by itself. It says the last update to the app was 2 weeks ago. I have been checking often to see if it works, but no such luck. My kids love the app, but if I’m paying for a broken app, I may as well cancel my subscription. Please fix!

    Watch your account. They renew your membership without notice. I signed up for two years and they automatically charged me once that time was up. No email notice and no refund. Their customer service is the worst. They are only about making money, snatch and grab style. My kids only used it for a few months. It was a waste of money. Way too easy and all they did was color and do puzzles. A first grader doesn’t need to do puzzles on a learning site. I wouldn’t purchase this at all use star fall instead.

    So, after about 3 months STRAIGHT I finally convinced my husband to allow me to purchase and subscribe to ‘ABC MOUSE’, with our Debit//Credit Card.. And, JUST AS I HAD ANTICIPATED AND EXPECTED.. ALLLL 3 of my kiddos ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT; I have a 5 yr old; 38 days shy of an almost 3 yr old; & last but not least an 8 month old; ..((which obviously, that I PLAN on allowing to use|play on when the time comes where she’s old enough and clearly, YESSSSS.. has interests in ‘Screen Time’)).. ;My two older kiddos have ALREADY started showing signs and an HIGH amount of improvement with words | spelling | reading | writing | and speech(in reference to my 3yr) | Just OVERALL, more sharper and smarter about ANY AND EVERYTHING, after only have used//played it for not even a full total 48 hrs yet.. INCREDIBLE AND CRAZY, RIGHTTTTT???! BUTTTTTTTTTTT.. Unfortunately and however I don’t see ANYTHING about me being able to ‘Purchase//BUY’, the TICKETS that they give and award them both with?!!?!?! I have looked in EVERY SELECTION they have for all of us ‘Parents’, and then I even went to the actual Store place and such or whatnot under my daughters(also my oldest) and could NOT find jack diddly squat under there neither.. I don’t know if MAYBE I’m overlooking it or possibly am just OVERTHINKING it and assuming it’d be A LOT more harder/difficult than it actual is OR WHATTTTTTT IT ACTUALLY MAYBE; Even may be an option that they’re ISN'T AN OPTION and YOU CANNOT BUY//PURCHASE you’re rugrat any of the tickets they buy stuff with and whatnot.. I WILL BE COMPLETELY DAGGUM DEVASTATED & JUST SHOCKED/CONFUSED in actuality and all honesty IF not!!?!?!?!     My kids get so involved with it but all of a sudden the app freezes and we need to completely shut down and wait.
  • Great concept, buggy app

    I’ve waited for a few update cycles before posting this. My child is a toddler (2 years, 3 months) and really only enjoys the music videos and puzzles. The problem with the puzzles is that the touch response of the pieces is offset approximately half an inch to the left of where the user is touching the screen. (iPad Pro, iOS 11.4.1) I do not plan on renewing if this issue isn’t fixed.

    ABCMOUSE worked beautifully on my 5 year old ipad up until the most recent update. Now NOTHING loads. It takes up to sometimes a minute for any of the activities to load. My son gets tired of waiting and just uses another app instead. Everything is SO sluggish now. I tried it on my husband’s ipad and same result. None of our other apps have any problem. We will be canceling if this isn’t resolved.
