Does everything all the other apps just do some of......still getting the hang of searching for other trail sets, but probably more a problem with the pilot.... Great job folks. ad

The old version worked great and I used it only when I needed validation of my position on the trail. The new version is worthless. My maps purchased do not show up even after restoring purchases. Too many features that would waste battery power. I am deleting this one off my phone for sure.
  • Best digital navigation tool

Halfmile is cool & I used it on the PCT with an iPod w no GPS, but let’s be honest... after 3 summers on the Divide Guthook is clearly the best, most updated and useful digital nav tool for long distance hikers.

Really LOVE this app, HOWEVER, I I can’t edit or send any recordings cuz the options are off the bottom of my iPhone XS MAX screen. I’d like to change my hikes to different colors so I can distinguish one from the next, but can’t now cuz of the flaw I’m still gonna use it but hopefully you’ll be able to fix in the next update??????!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks guys at Guthook

Excellent tool for pre-planning trip in detail - trail and stops. Critical for real time updates on trail, water, shelter and town conditions during your trip.

Did a hike on the Pinhoti, and used the app. Made a work of difference. There can’t be a better app for this.
