but don’t expect more than you would from a paper copy. ————— Developer: Please add more intuitive navigation: 1 tap to open a neighboring state or an enlarged view! Error reports: TX 349/349business is 4 lane from Patricia TX to Midland. US 67 is NOT 4 lane from US 90 to the Pecos county line; it is mostly 2 lane with occasional passing lanes. US 84 doesn’t lose it’s 4 lane expressway status at US 180. Albuquerque map: the westernmost road labeled Paseo del Volcan has been renamed Atrisco Vista Blvd. The southwestern most road labeled Chavez Blvd is actually Dennis Chavez Blvd. Also, the entire length of Coors Blvd through the city now has the designation of state hwy 45; hwy 448 has been truncated to where it ‘T’s into hwy 45 near Cottonwood Mall.
  • Love the App, but....

This is the app I’ve been looking for. It is the basic map that’s easy to view. It is however too costly for a basic map. When I paid $10 for it I was hoping for and expected the ability to annotate, that is draw lines and circles around cities and to be able to add personal labels. I hope these features will be available in an immediate update. ——-somewhat pleased customer

There’s no detail. Worthless unless you’re staying on the interstates.
  • It's an atlas, folks!

Perfect. Exactly what it claims to be...a digital version of a road atlas that works when offline. If you're looking for a navigator to make your decisions for you this is not for you. But if you're a serious "road tripper" who goes out on the road with no set itinerary and wants to stop and make travel decisions along the way this is the "modern" way of carrying a bulky paper atlas or a collection of cumbersome paper maps. One feature I'd like to see (which I'm sure could be implemented with today's technology)....tapping an adjoining state when you reach the current state's boundaries should open up the new state's map. This app is a road-tripper's dream come true. People with no sense of adventure, or no desire to make their own decisions need not apply.
  • iPhone X Display Update Needed

App needs an update to take advantage of iPhone X screen capacity. An organization of Rand’s magnitude should be able to churn this update out posthaste.
  • Just paper atlas on ipad

This would be fine if it showed your current location on the map but it does not. There are plenty of free maps apps that show your location on the map.
  • Don’t purchase

Worse application I ever purchased. Shows no rest areas or distance. Zoom is awful. Don’t purchase this. Lots of free maps that do s better job. Wish I could get my money back.

Really this is not an app for say like a driving up. It’s essentially a PDF of the regular road atlas she would get from the store. You have no search functions. Also many of the roads are outdated. I’m talking bypasses that it been built 15-20 years ago are not on this map. Plus when you get to Mississippi and various other states and try to select view cities it doesn’t bring up anything.

This is a very handy App, especially for anyone who travels a lot on the road. No big frills, just a very handy road atlas.

This is a great app. Yes, it is NOT a navigation app nor georeferenced or zooms into fine detail. If you want that buy an app that does that. This is a good old fashioned map in digital format. I use navigation apps often, but I like to see the big picture in a simple format. I use this app as often or more than navigation apps.
