    As a 12 year old, I have a hard time sleeping. But with this app there is a wide selection of sleep sessions! Not only is it good for kids with sleeping problems, it’s good for adults that had a stressful day. This app also includes nice and relaxing meditation lessons that help me concentrate.

    I have tried MANY mediation apps and meditations through Spotify and online and this is seriously the best one I have tried. I don't do the premium and I love the free options but I have tried the premium trial and I love it and it is worth whatever it cost.

    If you are new to meditation or want a variety, this is the app for you. I downloaded this a year ago and just recently started using it consistently. I can’t believe difference I’ve seen in decreasing my frustration level, increasing feelings of gratitude, and staying connected to the present. This is a fantastic app!

    This app doesn’t just help you express your emotions, but when you go to ‘feed’ that person that texts you stuff is very positive. It honestly really helps me. I like how you can add emojis of how your feeling, taking 10 seconds to just breathe, and writing what your feeling out into the journal. With some positive support from the person that texts you. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

    This is my all time favorite meditative app. The before and after rating makes connecting with myself a lot easier. Best app ever 😍😍 I wouldn’t change anything about this app but just a suggestion to add on: I pretty much only meditate in silence and I would love the option to not choose a set time. So I can go as long as I feel happiest and stop the time when I choose to. That way I don’t feel constrained by a limit (too little or too much) just a suggestion, LOVE this app!! Couldn’t recommend it to enough people.

    Hey, I deal with really bad anxiety to the point where I’ll sometimes nervously laugh or actually stick my nails into the palms of my hands. It was really bad and I’ve tried everything from yoga to therapy to running miles and it all made me even more frustrated and lost in my own mind, lately I’ve been using this app and I can’t stress enough how much it’s helped. I started regulating my breathing and focusing only only the present and positives with not much worry, yeah sometimes but rarely do I have a bit of anxiety about things but that’s normal or not out of the ordinary, I really appreciate this app and hope to see myself grow even more into becoming a humble genuine person, Thank You 😅🥰

    I love this app so much! I’m extremely new at mediation and yoga and the spiritual journey it brings forth, and sometimes is hard to start something because you have no idea where to start from! This app helps guide you and helps you figure out what will work best for you at the time you are using it. It has helped me tremendously and I NEVER pay for an app but I’m definitely going to be purchasing the premium when I can. Thank you so much for whoever created this app. It’s helped transform my life in an amazing way.
