    Stupendous!!!!!! Really helps with my anxiety and depression. I suggest doing this everyday. Cause I believe it can truely make you feel better.

    I Love the check ins to make suggestions based on how you’re feeling. I’d like it even better if there were more free recordings or if you could pick and choose certain ones to make one time purchases instead of a subscription.

    Instead of checking a newsfeed or something distracting on my phone, I am finding myself coming to this app and walking away 2-15 minutes later less distracted and more hopeful. Easy to use. Great way to make those changes without judgement you have been promising yourself.

    I really enjoyed this app and even contributed monetarily to a few of its meditations back when you could buy specific ones. Now, they’ve moved to premium subscription content and it’s monthly or billed annually. This business model is really bad for consumers. It’s similar to the business model of cable companies. I only want a few specific channels but I order to enjoy those, I have to pay an exorbitant fee and have a plethora of channels I don’t even watch. I as a consumer am no longer going to support company’s that get greedy- bring back a-la-cart.

    I have anxiety and extra emotions... I tend to bottle up all of my emotions and one day, they all just come out crazily in a force that I can no longer handle.. this app lets me log my emotions, and I even log them when I am all good emotions, but that’s not all.. on my really bad explosion days, I use the meditations. One of the days recently, I used the meditations, no matter what they were for because I just needed to escape the world and focus on meditating.. well using the meditations brought me joy and happiness that I didn’t know that I could feel on such a hard day.. I felt refreshed and bright. I can’t explain how amazing it felt to know that the day was joyful and not dreadful. My favorite meditator is Micah, he really helps me to focus on what is important and he really helps me to calm down.. I love the woman too, but Micah is beyond what I expected from a man meditator! I have nothing bad to say about this app.. it’s amazing and a true blessing. ❤️

    If you’re just curious or really unsure how to begin a regular practice of meditation, this is the app you’ll keep. The free offerings are abundant and full of wisdom. I’m on a widows pension and this means a lot! I’m positive the Premium offerings on subscription would be fabulous. Namaste

    This app is honestly so amazing. It reminds me every night, just a few hours before bed that i should meditate. My favorite part about this app, is that i can choose how i am feeling mentally and physically, then add up to 5 of my emotions. And it summarizes the best audios i should listen to, that would help me if i am feeling sad, angry, or happy. You can also have streaks and accomplish or revive metals/badges for doing certain things, which makes me feel proud of myself. Another cool feature, is that you can also listen to the forest or rainy nights. It’s wonderful and extremely useful. I suffer from anxiety and also sometimes depression. But I mainly use this app to help me center myself, and realize that I am one. I’ve been experiencing this medical term “Depersonalization” which is dissociating yourself from well, yourself. And using this app has really helped me out A LOT with that and my anxiety. I 100% recommend if you do suffer from anxiety because this will help you, and teach you how to calm yourself down. - Thank you, Deven.
