    Really great app for sleep tracking. I like that it determines your best time to go to bed based on how you sleep. But as far as analysis of your sleep I wish there was a way to see minutes of deep sleep vs minutes of REM etc. instead of just percentage. I like the percentage but it’s not the full picture because 30% deep sleep and 26% REM sleep is not the same on a 4 hour sleep night as a 9 hour sleep night. I wish you could tap the % to switch back and forth between minutes and percentage of each type of sleep.

    This app is a waste of time. Do not even try it. It is not accurate at all I mean at all. My Fitbit is accurate this is a joke. It says that I sleep four hours a night that is not what I sleep I sleep at average of 6.5 hours a night.

    I’m currently working a month of night shifts. This app doesn’t recognize working nights and sleeping during the day. It provides no useful information. Don’t waste your money. SleepMatic is much better.

    Update : Bug was fixed im Abel to start my own cycles I still don’t like that I have to pay for features that were once free like seeing my previous days This app was my favorite app I was able to start my own sleep cycles see previous days and get detailed analysis of my sleep. I’m not sure if it was an update or me getting the series four watch but now I am no longer able to start my own sleep cycles and every time I try to see the previous day it’s now asking me to purchase the pro version. How am I to know spending the money will make this app actually work better and spending money on a feature that used to be free. I suggest this app to everyone it was the only one I like using and now I feel I can’t track my sleep anymore. Please fix whatever bug there is when I try to click start it just freezes and doesn’t start tracking my sleep at all. I used to love this app now I can’t use it

    Tried the app last night. Lucky for me I sent the screenshot of results to email first thing this morning because I can’t find it now. I can’t find any of the promised results either. The sample graphs and reports look great in the app store, but if I can’ access my real data then the app isn’t worth much because I’m probably not going to save the screen shot daily and do my own analysis. The promised ‘sleep diary’ function seems to be what I need, but it never appears as an option when running the app. Can I rate the app -1 since I wasted so much time on it? I had high hopes, but so far have only limited results and much frustration.
