    I truly enjoy this app. It allows room for you to satisfy your cravings and be mindful of your next meal. It’s encouraging both inside and out. The emotions are terrific in helping you get through your day. You’re able to recognize how you feel and when. It’s an awesome app.

    I just started using this app for my weight loss goals and so far I have had no issues. It records any activity/movement through out the day also it tracks how much sleep I get every night without even my cell on me. I also log what I eat daily and I don’t feel bad if I made an unhealthy choice of food, the app will offer suggestions and I like that. All in all I ❤️ this app and it’s user friendly.

  • Gaining not losing on Lark

    I’ve been using Lark for 3 weeks and have gained 5lbs. Very disappointed. The app does give you good suggestions, but apparently even when I apply the suggestions they don’t seem to work for me. There is no tracking of calories or how much you eat. It only tracks if what you ate was healthy, neutral, or unhealthy.

    I have to say I have been using lark for years now. I don’t do the pay wall as I am a poor individual for full disclosure lol. That said this app helped me on my journey of 170 pounds of weight loss and healthy lifestyle choices. This app and the hard work the men and women put in to it really is worth it to at least try. I love how they a Siri like chat bot that helps you log and learn. Then you can go crazy from there and the pay wall seems to be something I’d do if I could afford it lol. This app is something I feel like is an Apple offering, I would not be surprised if I see Siri starting to do what this app has been doing for years. Kudos to the Lark Team!

    I’m super bummed it reset and lost all my data! It was a little slow sometimes- but that could be my cellular connection. User friendly and fun to use- I found myself opening it multiple times per day!

    I really enjoy the app so far it reminds me when I should log in my meals if I forget. It shares ideas on what I can do to help lose the weight. It informs me on how active I been through out the day it calculates how many hours of sleep I have it’s most definitely a keeper
