I have to constantly sign in. And there are all sorts of detailed instructions to try and access content on different platforms. Ridiculous

I’m a WashPo subscriber and just deleted and reinstalled this execrable app for the 8th or 9th time. It works for a while, 3 or 6 months and then boom — starts to close in the middle of reading a story. Tech support’s only advice is delete and reinstall. Go dig out the password blah blah. You would think they could figure this crap out.

It’s with great admiration and satisfaction that I read and enjoy all the daily articles and opinions on this paper. Your constant search for facts and truth is what our Founding Fathers envision of a free press in a democratic republic. No matter what your political leaning may be as a reader, the truth shall always set you free. Keep up the excellence in journalism! Rafael Nunez Internet Subscriber

There is no easier way to keep up with what’s important than through the WashPo app. Great journalism at your fingertips.
  • Content is late, very few articles of value - too many editorials

This is WaPo-Light on news and heavy on their opinions. Since I want the facts to inform my opinions, much of what I can access here is useless. Also, numerous times this platform doesn’t have all the sections populated on-time. Today, 11/29, 8:40 in the morning, whole sections of the “paper” are missing. Also, if you see an article you may want to refer to later you have to save it. There’s no way to look back a day or two to see what you might have missed either.
