  • Don’t even try

    By Nimrods77
I spent hours trying to set this up. As an hbo subscriber should not be this difficult. Horrible app
  • No issues yet

    By skittle68
Haven’t had the issues reported by other users yet. I would give 5 stars if it was possible to download content to watch later. Even in it was a limited number and it expired after a few days or something. Would be nice to be able to use it without WiFi and without using data...

  • Google assistant can’t find game of thrones

    By Am I Bovvered
This is a recent problem having to do with hbos app. It can play other hbonow shows by voice but now it can’t find game of thrones. Considering I was able to stream GOT last week with just my voice, this is a problem with the app itself. Fix this.
  • Terrible

    By jspringer84
HBO now is not worth the money, it’s always kicking me out and freezing. On top of that it never remembers my login and password like all my other apps. Doesn’t stream well and the content on HBO has gone downhill big time. Hard to find any good content on here. Movies are always the same and the only good shows are the old originals before the went anti trump or GOT. Don’t waste your time here go anywhere else.
  • Bad parental controls

    By Dhhhhhhhyyttuhgfg
You can’t turn on and off parental controls for individual users or individual devices
  • Misleading

They say you can unsubscribe anytime but they wont let you and they keep charging you
  • Unusable. I cannot even sign up

    By Almost Average1
The keyboard becomes unresponsive on the signup screen. I cannot use password managers either. Unusable. I’ll have to sign up online and then come back this terrible excuse for an app
  • Programming 10. App 0.

    By PVBarbara
Navigation and tracking are absolutely terrible in this app. You have to search for what you were watching each and every time you come back. You can only add episodes, not series, to your watchlist. You can’t turn off auto play. Basically, a disaster from a usability perspective. Too bad, too, since HBO programming is so good, and HBO Now gives you access to every bit of it. Get your act together, HBO, and design an app worthy of your shows and subscribers. UPDATE: Developer response dated Mar 12 appeared instantly after I posted this review on October 16. Response refers me to a link for information about auto play, but I had checked the HBO NOw help files only a few minutes before writing this review and learned that auto play cannot be turned off. If the link in the developer’s response were live, I might have clicked through to some new information already, but it’s not live. So I guess I’ll have to sit down and type the convoluted URL into a browser in order to learn more. Yet another example of this developers ineptitude when it comes to usability!
  • Try free period false advertisement..

    By Jewel322
Tell me why I’m reading on the tv try hbo now free for 1 month yet when I go to add it and in the app it tells me only 7 days... Also if you add through Hulu it’s the same. PlayStation add says 30 days but you can’t add on there.. That is false advertisement!
