A bathroom storage tower solves the need for additional storage for towels, linen and bath accessories, but it can also add to the bathroom decor without taking up much additional floor or counter space. The storage tower may be included in the layout of a new construction, it could be added as part of a remodel years after the bathroom is built, or it could be free standing next to the vanity.
If installing during a remodel, the tower could be purchased from the original builder to ensure it blends with the vanity and other cabinets. The styling and configuration can be varied to suit the individual’s taste. It may include a mirrored door that will give the feel of a larger room as it allows a greater viewing space. The tower can be partially recessed into the wall on top of the vanity thus conserving space, or it could be designed without doors and positioned next to the vanity providing storage and an area to display decorative items on the open shelves.
