FIT CELEBRITY: Madonna Has a Fitness Guru

I like to think of Madonna as the celebrity queen of fitness. Despite the fact thatshe's almost 50 years old, the pop singer hasn't an inch of extra fat on her body.So what's her secret to having a rockin' body. We know that she's a regular jogger and bikramyoga practitioner but what else does she do to keep so very fit?   According to Daily Mail Madonna has been seen around London,NYC, and LA with fitness guru TracyAndersonTracyhas also worked with A-lister Gwyneth Paltrow to help get back into shape after givingbirth to son Moses in 2006. Anderson dishes the details: As for what it's like to train with Madonna, the Celebrity Queen of Fitness, whomshe has been working with six days a week for the past year, Tracy will say only:"It comes down to whether or not you are a hard worker and someone who puts in 100per cent. I prefer to train with the dedicated and these women aren't afraid to work." She is less a trainer than an inventor; in fact, Tracy doesn't believe in theold-fashioned work-out at the gym: "Through years of research and practice, what Ihave developed is a method that goes against a lot of what's being taught today ingyms." She laughs: "In fact, you put me in a gym and it's a nightmare; it's certainlynot where I want to be. I've tested all those machines - they made me bulky and werehard on my joints." Today's trainers are taught to work the large muscle groups, with exercises suchas biceps curls or hamstring presses. "Those things are the enemies of what I'm trying to achieve," Tracy says, addingthat if you work out at the gym using the traditional weight machines, "you'll gettighter and toned but you're not going to go down a size. I'm doing something totallydifferent." And it's not just for Hollywood's A-list. "My approach is not limited to an elitegroup of people," says Tracy. "This is for everyone. I'm trying to be a voice that'sout there saying: 'Hey, there's a new way to do this'. "I set out to see if I could take any woman from any genetic background and giveher a dancer's body.
