HER DIET: " I Like to get cozy at home, make pizza, and drink wine"she admits. She's not the type of girl who feels guilty about eating comfort foods.She lives by the philosophy: you gain some, you lose some. When the actress needsto be back to her camera ready weight Jennifer eliminates everything white and refinedfrom her diet, like flour and sugar, and cuts back on non-vegetable carbs.
HER FITNESS: She does yoga and pilates regularly and sometimes adds30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill or elliptical trainer when she needs to dropa few pounds.
HOW SHE GETS ENERGIZED: Jennifer's favorite breakfast is a fruitpacked protein shake.
In a blender combine...
- A handful each of two different kinds of berries. Strawberries and blueberries workwell.
- Half of banana
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 scoops whey protein powder
- A combined cup of unsweetened cranberry juice, goji juice, and acai juice.
