Julianne Hough Does Shape

Julianne Hough from DWTS revealed her diet secretsin the July issue of SHAPE. The two-timeDancing With the Stars champion says she works out nearly five timesa week. "There are certain areas of the body that dancing won't tone, so I still stretch anddo crunches, lunges, and arm moves just about every day," the 20-year-old says.And even though she's not a morning person, exercise is one thing she will get upfor. "I prefer to work out early because it gives me an energy boost for the restof the day." Her workout includes the treadmill, free weights, and, of course, some choreography. "With free weights I can do little twists and turns and almost choreograph my workouts,"she says in the issue, on newsstands June 2. "That's more fun for me, and the timegoes by faster."
