You may have heard that Kim Kardashian is set to star on the up comingseason of Dancing With The Stars. And like most celebs whojoin the show, she is sure to tone up along the way. In regards to her infamousbooty she told People “I’mhoping that it’ll firm it up and shape it up.”
Kardashian, who uppedher fitness regime in preparation for the competition, is now dancing eight hoursa day with pro partner Mark Ballas. “I’m seeing a slight change [inmy figure],” she said. “I realize that when I would try to work out really fast, thatI would be burned out. I would work out for two days and then wait a few weeks andthen workout for a few days again. I decided to stay focused and continuous and Istarted to see a major change. So, I think I’ll start to see a slow progress throughoutthe whole show.”
Maybe we could learn a little something from Kim — skip the boring gym and take ahigh energy dance class instead. It sure sounds like a lot of fun!
