There are some great fitness blogs on the web and there are a few that I read daily. I need all the motivation I can get so it’s great to read how other people deal with fitness on a regular basis. Many times, their posts are just the motivation I need to get me going. I also learn a lot from these blogs so definitely check them out:
Fitness Cure - I really enjoy this blog because it is so motivational. The author (Maria Kang) knows about the fitness industry and shares a lot of her experience.
Workin’ On My Fitness - Just like the tag line “A chick wanting to be fit†is what this blog is about. Sue’s posts are about her day to day challenges of getting fit. I think almost all of us can relate to that. She also posts a lot of helpful info too.
The Fit Club - I am learning a lot from this blog. Scott has some very helpful posts and I enjoy his “Best Diet Ever†posts.
Strong Lifts - This is quickly becoming one of my favorite blogs since I’ve never really done much strength training. Mehdi has great info for beginners as well as experienced strength trainers. You are sure to learn something new.
