I'm really anal when it comes to underwear (insert dirty joke here if you're so inclined), especially bras. I hate wires, padding and weird synthetic lace. My friend informed me that the solution was to abandon the H&M crap for more exclusive (= expensive) bras, but still no good result. The only bras I'm comfortable wearing are those 'tops' which in fact aren't bras at all but some kind of child/teen alternative. They don't itch and they don't give you pointy boobs, which is good enough for me. Unfortunately they're not very pretty. To get away from this unsexy habit I ordered this really cute bra from ASOS, not OTT but glamorous and still classy. I'll probably wear it for 3 hours. Update: I recieved it and it was too big... how depressing.
