The stars all came out for the 2007BET Awards in Los Angeles on Tuesday and to me, the show as a whole wasn't as good as past years. I did like the opening with Jennifer Holiday and Jennifer Hudson. Classy. The tribute to Gerald Levert was great.
The Fall '08 Baby Phat Show was a display of throwback, vintage, flapper-esque fashion. But Kimora also showcased some nice, wearable street style as well (picture link is below). And while her longer dresses seemed just a bit costume-y to me, I was all over her little shorty cocktail numbers. Nice.
Ok, not really. Well, honestly... I don't know. I mean she could read Hip Candy right? That would certainly explain why she's sporting one of the GAP shirt dressesthat I just posted about a few days ago. That's it!
