September is Abs Month!

I am dedicating September as abs month. I will try to post 2-3x per week, something revolved around abs. I have a quick little poll I would like my readers to participate in to give me a better idea of what you would like to know!

To go along with the Abs Theme, here is an abs challenge for you. I challenge YOU to 3 sets of plank, holding it for one minute each time! Let me know how you do!
