I'm going to try to get in an outfit post in later today if the weather holds up, but I just found these pictures on foto_decadent and couldn't resist posting them. The new Lula won't be out until September and probably even later than that if you live in a place like I do that isn't so international magazine friendly.
I've been wondering what Lula's take on this season would be . . . Last season's girliness fit the magazine perfectly, but this season the September fashion magazines are kind of sneering at all the frilly and flowery dresses we wore this summer. They keep using scary words like "recession!" and "minimalism!"
Judging by these two editorials Lula isn't abandoning its prettiness--just putting sort of a dark twist on it. And maybe a bit more tailoring than last season, and lots of plaid for Fall. I can't wait to see the rest!
