From Amber at Violet Folklore
Our most recent photo shoot incorporated a brand new element into the Violet Folklore repertory- men. Sasha and I had wanted to sell vintage men's clothing since the inception of this project but had been putting it off in order to get the women's stuff rolling first. But the time has arrived! And the men have too. Not only were we lucky enough to have Seth modeling for us yesterday:

But we were also lucky enough to have my partner Graham around to help us be more organized than we have ever been before at a shoot and to watch after our daughter (he and Seth have been BFFs since they were little):
But it gets better! We also had Zack hanging out to help us style the clothes- and what a fabulous job he did, as you can see here in Cynthia's outfit:
And here's a little perview of what's to come. First the winter wear. These jackets are all spectacular, but the Levi's snow suit purchased in the 1970s at local posh ski resort Boreal is really the stand out item (tag still attached!):

Some snuggly and stylish sweaters to feast your eyes upon (the last one was purchased is 1989 at the Beverly Hills Polo Club- swanky danky):

And, always my favorite, the dresses:

And there's plenty more where that came from! Some pieces are already up, and the rest will be there later in the week!
